1.2 These Website terms of use and donation policy (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Compact Food Solutions (Pty) Ltd (“Service Provider”, “our”, “we”, or “us”) and you as the user of our Website.

1.3 Keep the following in mind when reading these Terms:

1.3.2 if something is typed in bold, it means that we want to draw your attention specifically to that part.

1.3.3 “Platforms” will include our Website, applications, emails, social media, and/or any other similar electronic mechanism you may use to interact with us, and any offerings through these platforms;

1.3.4 “Raise a Life. Raise a Nation.” refers to the national campaign tacking childhood stunting in South Africa, which is led by us and supported by Food Forward SA to deliver life- changing, supplementary nutritional sachets to the children who need it most;

1.3.5 “Donation” refers to voluntary, gratuitous, and irrevocable transfers of money to us and motivated by charitable intent and without the expectation of any financial return or benefit, earmarked for Raise a Life. Raise a Nation. in accordance with our Donation Policy as set out in clause 2 of these Terms.

1.4 By using our Platforms and making a Donation, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and understand the content thereof.

1.5 We may amend these Terms in our sole discretion. The amendments will supersede and replace any previous Terms and will apply to you.

1.6 The use of our Platforms may be subject to additional terms, as indicated on our Website, and you will be bound by such additional terms.
